OPERATING
INSTRUMENTS : |
1.Supply the water tank with 900cc of clear water
( distilled water better ), Put the articles
1.to be sterilized into the box.
Open the hole-window at each side if the box
2.Put the box into the chamber, close the chamber door tightly
and lock the exhaust
1.knob on the top of the autolave.
3.Set the 30 minutes. When the gauge pressure builds up to 1.2Kg/cm2,
the self-control
1.sterilization takes effect in
20 minutes thereupon
4.A bell rings once when the sterilization is completed. Discharge
the chamber pressure
1.till the gauge show zero. open
the chamber door.
5.Keep the sterilized atricles holding in the chamber, pour
out water, set to 5 minutes
1.drying performance.
6.IN CASE OF MEMGENCY, TURN OFF THE POWER AND DISCHARAGE THE
CHAMBER
1.PRESSURE TILL THE GAUGE SHOW
ZERO, OPEN THE CHAMBER DOOR.
